Hello Brawl Stars players, today I’m going to tell you about how to play and use Surge effectively. Surge is a Damage Dealer Brawler, meaning he specializes in dealing damage. Surge is quite squishy so you want to be careful when using him. He has 4 unique forms and can change between them with his super.

In form 1 he has “Slow” movement speed and “Normal” attack range.

In form 2 he has “Very Fast” movement speed and “Normal” attack range.

In form 3 he has “Long” attack range.

In form 4 his main attack splits into 6 instead of 2.

MY SURGE EXPERIENCE

I have been a Surge main Since I unlocked him back in April 2022 when Brawl Boxes were still in the game! He is very good and fun to use in many game modes, coupled with his GODLY skin Surge Kong, and his voice lines make him my favourite Brawler. I have Surge at around 700 – 800 trophies and 10900 mastery points (Gold 1). I pushed the Mastery for Surge on Knockout Healthy Middle Ground. Surge is amazing on this map because he can easily get super by scouting the bushes and get out of form 1 ASAP.

One of the reasons why Surge is so good on Healthy Middle Ground is because he can easily charge the first super quickly by scouting the bushes. On my grind to Mastery Gold 1 I tried to get the first super ASAP so that I could have the faster movement speed which is crucial to a squishy brawler like Surge.

BEST SURGE BUILD

In this subsection of My Surge Experience I will explain Surge’s best builds for different game modes/maps:

3v3: Surge’s best build for any 3v3 mode is Power Shield, Served Ice Cold, Shield Gear and Speed or Damage gear depending on how many bushes the map has.

Showdown Duo & Solo: Surge’s best build for Showdown is Power Shield, To The Max, Shield Gear and Speed or Damage gear depending on how many bushes the map has.
